Get marketing costs reimbursed

We’ll help cover 50% of costs up to $2,000 each year.

Time to start

All certified bronze partners and above gain access to $2,000 USD (incl. tax) in cooperative marketing funds every fiscal year (April 1 to March 31). Review the partner marketing fund guide to see what's covered then follow the steps below to apply for marketing funds.

Step 1. Apply for funding

Submit the form below to tell us about your campaign and share your 90-day marketing plan.

Step 2. Get approved

Get project approval from Xero and complete your activity (your marketing activity must meet all requirements to be eligible for reimbursement).

Step 3. Receive your funds

Email your invoices and supporting documents for reimbursement. We'll help cover 50% of the cost up to $2,000 each year.
